It might be because something went wrong with the order and the wrong product arrive, or that the product did not live up to your expectations. It might also be because the product received damage during transport or any other reason for not making a customer 100% satisfied.

In those circumstances we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss the situation with you and find a suitable solution for the situation.

Return Policy

money_back_guarantee_pngWe will always refund or replace an item within 2 weeks (14 days) from the day you received the product as long as you contact us and we agree upon the correct way to handle the problem. In most cases that mean 30+ days from the order date, but for custom products it might be up to 45 or even 60 days.

In the event that a product must be returned, either for a refund or for a replacement order you are responsible to return the product to the vendor. That means that you will pay for the return shipment and once the product has been returned to the vendor you will either get a refund including the return shipment cost or a replacement product plus a refund for the shipment cost.

We will ALWAYS give you a 100% refund on the return shipment as long as we both agreed to the return shipment.

We appreciate if you come to us first to resolve the situation before raising a claim with PayPal, but should you feel that you do not get the help you need from us, that option is always available to you.
